- Listing and auditing of ongoing concerns
- Detection and elimination of insolvency reasons, (threatening) illiquidity and consultation in cases of excessive indebtedness
- Consultation of managing directors, boards and shareholders regarding insolvency duties and liability proceedings
- Generation and validation of an integrated business plan (profit planning, financial and annual report planning)
- Evaluation of nonperforming credits and their security position within the financial arrangements
- Generation and auditing of insolvency plans
- Analysis of internal company structures and potential capacities, markets and competitor situations
- Realisation attendance and surveying of agreed financial restructuring concepts
- Tax law regarding financial restructuring (fiscal evaluation of write-offs, debtor warrants, change of shareholders, capital increase/decrease)
If required and depending on the complexity of the company in crisis, together with our industrial partners we generate the financial restructuring concept and attend to its implementation. We analyse the products, the market and the competitors of our customers during the crisis. This is executed by our managers who have mainly received a technical training and hold managing experience of many years in the industrial sector. We see ourselves as competent contact for our customers who easily detects business operations/crisis situation and who then initiated appropriate countermeasures. At request, we also offer interim managers.
In the last 10 years, we have been attending to more than 100 cases of financial restructuring. On behalf of the managing board, shareholders and the banks, we have also been generating restructuring reports. We mainly focus on the following industrial sectors: automotive industry and its components suppliers, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, aircraft construction, smithies, casting houses and service provider.
